RETURN POLICY (USA Customers)
USA customers have a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving the item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only damaged or misrepresented items may be returned within 14 Days from the date you receive the package.
  • Item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns and exchange details
  • Please email us immediately before returning the item (in the same condition as it was sent to you), don't open the package if it is destroyed or damaged by the shipper.
  • Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund of your purchase price (not including shipping and handling) if the item was a misrepresentation.
  • If the item was damaged in shipment, then you will be reimbursed the full purchase plus the cost of shipping.
  • If your item is lost after shipping service delivers, we are not responsible and we do not refund the item cost.
  • If you are returning our item you should use only a trackable shipping service with purchasing shipping insurance for the full amount. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Damages and Issues:

    • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • Provide clear, high-resolution images and videos of the damaged item for evaluation.

    Return Process:

    • Contact us at info@preethiarts.com within 5 days of delivery.
    • If the return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
    • Use a trackable shipping service and insure the item for the full amount.

     

      Refunds:

      • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
      • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
      • For damaged frames, only the frame cost will be refunded, not the artwork cost.

      CANCELLATION POLICY:

      • Custom/Commission Orders: A 20% fee applies if canceled after the artwork is completed and sent for approval.
      • In-Stock/Ready-to-Ship Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

      • Custom/commission or personalized orders
      • Digital downloads
      • Sale items, gift cards, and outer frames

      EXCHANGES:
      To exchange, return the item (if eligible), and place a new order after the return is accepted.

      NOTE:

      • International customers (Non-USA) cannot return items.
      • We are not responsible for lost items after the shipping service delivers them.
